The expansion process to 80 teams has led to the creation of a fourth division, where 16 teams will face off to reach the four-team final on Sunday afternoon. The addition of Division D will bring a healthy dose of competition to the tournament and I am very proud of that. Those who know me know my unwavering attachment to the Storm bowling balls. It all started in 2001 when I shot an 879-series with the Eraser PBT. Then, little by little, I managed to secure a spot on their staff… that was in August 2011. So, I am very happy, and you are very fortunate to count on Storm Bowling to help raising money for the Challenge printanier and to offer amazing prizes to our teams through the four raffles that took place throughout the season.

Once again, I want to congratulate our four winners: Matthieu Lemieux (Storm ION Pro Solid), Jean Quenneville (Storm Equinox Solid), Richard Chabot (900 Global Vengeance) and Junior Bilodeau (Phaze II). Wow! It is with great pleasure that the Challenge printanier welcomes Peintre Extra Inc. as a Gold Partner for the 2026 edition.

Newly established in the greater Quebec City area, Peintre Extra Inc. is rapidly expanding. At the helm of this company are Samuel Gagnon and a certain Maxime Desjardins. Originally from St-Jérôme and a longtime bowler, Maxime stepped away from the lanes for a few years. However, he is now back on the lanes, ready to take it all on.

Through the Challenge printanier, in which Maxime will participate in 2026, he and his partner see an opportunity to showcase their services: joint filling, interior and exterior painting, airless spray painting, etc. Their expertise covers both residential and commercial work across the Capitale-Nationale and Chaudière-Appalaches regions. Maxime even travels to the far north of Quebec for contracts with the First Nations. Even when he travels that far, a team is always available in the GT Québec City Area to work on their projects.
